〇イベントを実施する慧日寺は、およそ1200年前に南都で法相教学を学んだ僧・徳一が都を離れ会津で最初に開いたお寺です。
磐梯山西方に連なる山々の南麓に位置しています。明治初めに廃寺となった広大な寺跡の一部は、昭和45年（1970）に国史跡に指定されています。
史跡慧日寺跡を舞台とした特別な公演を、見て聞いて想像力を駆使して、まわりの景色と共にご満喫ください。
〇Enichiji Temple was the first temple established in Aizu by Tokuitsu, a Buddhist monk who, about 1,200 years ago, studied the teachings of the Hosso Sect in the southern capital before leaving for Aizu. It is located at the southern foot of the mountains that stretch to the west of Mt. Bandai. Part of the vast temple ruins, which were abandoned at the beginning of the Meiji era (1868-1912), was designated as a national historic site in 1970. Enjoy a special performance set at the historic site of Enichiji Temple, using your imagination to fully appreciate the surrounding scenery.
